- make sure all ducks are in the row,
- make sure there are no typos,
- work towards finding the right audience,
- discern what topics should be addressed,
- make absolutely certain that content appears rational rather than foolish,
- find acceptance rather than criticism,
- launch at the exact right time,
- research completely
- keep postings to a two minute read
- check and re-check links and grammar
- format for a pleasant experience

Result in:

- No content

- No audience
Seth Godin says "Ship" which is probably as important (if not more important), than most of the "Efforts" listed above. What prevents shipping? In a word - fear. Things like rejection and ridicule can become the underlying cause of perfection seeking activities.
