Blue Bloods: "Backstabbers"  Episode.

A dinner discussion revolves around the fact that a good friend has used and lied to Nikki. It's happened to all of us at one time or another.

Nikki (Sami Gayle):  "Well, next time, I'm going to think long and hard before jumping in to help somebody."

Commissioner (Tom Selleck):  "Can't do that."


Nikki:  "Maybe not if you're a cop.  But I'm not a cop."

Commissioner:  "No.   But,you're good people and good people try to move on from the betrayal like it's an exception not the rule."

Nikki:  "Well, you're better people than I am, I guess."

Easy

• Disassociate.
• Judge.
• Condemn.
• Move on. Alone.

Hard

• Explore.
• Get involved.
• Empathize.
• Forgive.
• Move on.  Together.
